There's Strange Fruit In My Martini

Lychees are amazing! Yes, they look a little weird after they have been peeled & seeded...like eyeballs or something. But they are soooooo good. Start with a can of lychees. Pour the juice in glass. Lay the fruit in a freezer safe container & freeze them. These will become your garnish. Lychees are much better to handle when frozen!!! And they look better!





Lychee-tini
3 oz Vodka
1 oz. Elderflower liquere
2 oz. of chilled lychee juice
Frozen lychees for garnish


Shake first three ingredients in an ice filled martini shaker. Pour ingredients in a chilled martini glass. Drop one frozen lychee in the glass as a garnish. Cheers!

Spring Roses Meets Cherry Blossoms

So it's March and flowers are just about in full bloom! The weather has been beautiful and the cherry blossoms great. What better way to celebrate spring, than with drinks that invoke sunshine, roses & of course cherry blossoms. Try our Rosetini for two for a romantic candle light dinner on the deck or patio, or skip the crowds and enjoy the awesome Cherry Blossom. You can thank us later!!!


Rosetini
4 oz Citron vodka
4 oz Rose liqueur
1/2 oz rose syrup
1 oz Fresh lemon juice
Splash Champagne
Rose petals for garnish

Mix the first four ingredients in an ice filled martini shaker. Strain into a chilled martini glass. Top with your favorite chilled champagne. Float Rose petal on top. Makes two, one for sharing...or not.


Cherry Blossom
2 1/2 oz Cherry Brandy 

1 oz Cherry Liqueur
Tiny dash of Grenadine,
1 oz Fresh Lemon juice
1/2 oz Triple Sec

Fill a rocks glass with ice. In a martini shaker, shake all of the ingredients together. Pour in your ice filled rocks glass & enjoy the blossoms!

DRINKS TO MAKE YOU SCREAM!!!

It's our favorite time of year! We get an excuse to dress-up and drink. Halloween is like an adult's playground wrapped in candyland. Before we pick out our sexy-scary costumes, we came up with three drinks to get the party started!



Jack-O-Lantern
2 oz. Citrus Vodka
1 oz. Mango Nectar or Juice
1/2 oz. Orange Juice
1/2oz. Sour mix (feel free to make it from scratch!)



Combine all of the ingredients in a cocktail shaker with ice. Shake vigorously and pour into a goblet glass and garnish with a slice of orange and a mint leaf. Sip through your fangs.



Black Cat


1 oz. Black Cherry Schnapps
1 1/2 oz. Vodka
2 oz. Cola
2 oz. Cranberry Juice


Stir everything together with ice. Garnish with a mandarin orange slice if available. Wink at the closest person standing next to you.

Witch's Brew

1/2 oz. Blue Curacao

1 oz. Coconut Rum
2 splashes Grenadine

1/2 oz. Orange Juice

2 oz. Pineapple Juice

Build over lots of ice and stir well. (Not with your finger silly, the straw broom is right there!)

Make Santa A Night Cap

Really, milk and cookies is so 1999. Santa likes adult beverages! Trust us, make him one of our tasty treats, and he'll probably leave you a lil something extra!



COOKIES & CREAM-TINI
Drizzle chocolate sauce in a chilled martini glass, add 2 oz. White Godiva Vodka, 2 oz. Bailey’s Irish Cream, 1/2 oz. Peppermint Schnapps and 1/2 oz. half and half. Shake ingredients in an ice filled Martini shaker, strain into martini glass. Garnish with a miniature candy cane or chocolate shavings.



RED HOT SANTA-TINI
Rim a martini glass with cocoa powder with a extra tiny pinch of cayenne pepper added. Shake together 2 oz. Mazama vodka and 2 oz. Godiva chocolate liqueur with ice and pour into chilled martini glass. Top with a dash of sweetened whipped cream, and darnish the cream with a small Thai chili pepper!
